Terms & Conditions

By purchasing an ND Hair Collection human hair piece, product, or service, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please ensure you have also read and understood the Care Instructions and the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) section of our website.


1. Product Quality & Guarantee

Our hair pieces are crafted to a high standard. If cared for as advised, we do not expect issues to arise. In the unlikely event that your product develops a non-repairable fault within the first six (6) months of purchase, we will gladly provide either a refund or a replacement.


2. Refunds & Exchanges

  • Australian Customers: Full refunds apply on full-priced items in line with Australian Consumer Law.

  • International Customers: Refunds on full-priced items will incur a $150 handling fee to cover merchant and government fees.

  • Sale Items: No refunds for change of mind, incorrect colour, base size, or length on sale items, or if a discount code was applied. A credit will be issued instead.

  • Final Sale: No exchange or refund.

  • Buy One Get One Offer: The 20% discount applies to the item of lesser value. No refunds apply to the second discounted piece; a store credit will be issued.

  • Gift Cards: Not redeemable for cash. Valid for three (3) years from purchase. No refunds once purchased.


3. Custom Orders & Services

  • Custom Orders (including pre-orders, customised toppers/wigs): These are made specifically for you and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

  • Full Payment Requirement: Full payment must be made at the time of purchase for all pre-orders and custom-made orders. No production or order processing will commence until payment has been received in full.

  • Production Timelines: All quoted timelines are now up to 12 weeks. ND Hair Collection has no control over overseas factory production schedules or international shipping delays.

  • Haircut & Styling Services: Once performed, haircut and styling services are non-refundable. If a finishing trim is required, this must be booked during business hours.

  • Customisation Requests (cut or colour on toppers/wigs): Once a piece has been customised at your request, it is strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.


4. Returns & Exchanges Conditions

  • Exchanges for colour or length variations must be requested within 48 hours of receiving your product.

  • Hair pieces must not be tampered with (worn, washed, cut, or styled) for eligibility.

  • Return tracking must be provided within 48 hours of delivery.

  • The purchaser is solely responsible for return shipping fees, insurance, and signature confirmation.

  • International returns: Customers must complete customs declaration forms correctly. Any incorrect declarations resulting in ND Hair Collection incurring fees will be deducted from your refund/credit.

  • Proof of purchase is required for all refunds or exchanges.


5. Shipping & Collection

  • Free shipping is available worldwide on orders over $200 AUD.

  • Customers are responsible for all international duties, taxes, and fees as required by their country.

  • Orders may be shipped via express post or collected from reception at 84 Hotham Street, Preston.

  • If you prefer not to share your address, collection can be arranged.


6. Client Conduct

  • ND Hair Collection maintains a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, intimidation, or bullying of our staff.

  • Abusive or disrespectful communication may result in refusal of service.

  • Repeated unwanted contact or aggressive behaviour will be treated as harassment and may be referred to the appropriate authorities.


7. Liability

  • ND Hair Collection is not liable for delays in production, shipping, or delivery caused by factors outside of our control (including overseas manufacturers, customs, and postal services).

  • Customers are responsible for proper care and maintenance of their hair piece once received.


8. Promotions & Marketing

  • Sales and promotions are limited to one offer per order per customer.

  • Images on our website and social media are as accurate as possible; however, colour variations may occur due to device display differences.


By using our website, you (the visitor) agree to allow third parties to process your IP address, in order to determine your location for the purpose of currency conversion. You also agree to have that currency stored in a session cookie in your browser (a temporary cookie which gets automatically removed when you close your browser). We do this in order for the selected currency to remain selected and consistent when browsing our website so that the prices can convert to your (the visitor) local currency.
