Exchange or Refunds

Faults

Our products are high quality and durable. If cared for as advised we don't expect anything should go wrong. If something does and it is non-repairable we will gladly refund your money or replace your piece. This is valid for the first six months of purchase. 

 

Incorrect Colour / Length

If you receive your product and need to exchange due to colour or length variation, we will gladly do this within 48 hours from the time that you sign for the package. For a hair piece, it cannot be tampered with (worn, washed, styled). There is no return or refund if you have asked ND Hair Collection to customise a hair piece for you. For example, a colour or cut on a hair piece.

 

Australian Customers

Australian customers will receive a full refund on full priced items. ND Hair Collection is not responsible costs incurred for return shipping.

 

How to return the item

For exchange or refund, send us via email the return tracking number within 48 hours of purchase. You are responsible for sending the package to us in its original condition and responsible for any fees associated with returning to us and shipping back to you (including government/customs taxes/duties/charges). Australia Post is our preferred courier.

 

International Customers

For international shipments, the customer is solely responsible for their country’s duties and taxes, as well as all fees associated with shipment orders that are subject to international customs laws. It is the customers responsibility to be aware of customs fees and duties in each country and Providences. This does not apply for Australia shipment.

How to return the item

For exchange or refund, send us via email the return tracking number within 48 hours of purchase. You are responsible for sending the package to us in its original condition and responsible for any fees associated with returning to us and shipping back to you (including government/customs taxes/duties/charges).  DHL International is our preferred courier.

International customers returning a product, are responsible for completing the customs declaration form accurately. You must declare that it is a “return” to the retailer (ND Hair Collection). You must put the exact amount that you paid for your product in Australian dollars. If the customs declaration form is not completed accurately and ND Hair Collection are charged tax due to your claim, this amount will be deducted from your refund/exchange. 

 

International refunds will incur $150 handling fee on full priced items to cover merchant fees and Australian government fees on international returns incurred from the sale.

 

Important Information

There is no refund option for change of mind, incorrect colour, base size or length on sale items or if a discount code was applied. Only a credit will apply to use in our online store or in person.

Exchanges and returns do not cover credit card, shipping or other customer fees, you are responsible for this.
