Exchange or Refunds

Our products are crafted to the highest quality standards and are designed to be durable. If cared for as advised, issues are unlikely. In the rare event that a product develops a non-repairable fault within the first six (6) months of purchase, ND Hair Collection will gladly refund your purchase or provide a replacement.


Pre-Orders & Custom Orders

  • Pre-Orders: All pre-ordered items are made specifically for you and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once the order has been placed.

  • Custom Orders: Any product that has been customised (including changes to base size, colour, length, or specific design features) is non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

  • Customisation Requests: If you request a topper or wig to be cut, coloured, or otherwise altered, the product is considered final sale and cannot be returned.

  • Production Timelines: All timeframes provided (e.g., 6–8 weeks) are estimates only. ND Hair Collection has no control over overseas factory production schedules or shipping delays.


Incorrect Colour / Length

If your product arrives and you believe the colour or length is not suitable, you may request an exchange within 48 hours of signing for your package.

  • Hair pieces must be returned in original condition — unworn, unwashed, unstyled, and untampered with.

  • Customised or pre-ordered products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.


Australian Customers

  • Australian customers are eligible for a full refund on full-priced, non-customised, non-pre-order items.

  • ND Hair Collection is not responsible for return shipping costs.


International Customers

  • International customers are solely responsible for their country’s duties, taxes, and customs fees.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to be aware of these requirements prior to purchase.

  • All international refunds on eligible full-priced items will incur a $150 handling fee to cover merchant and Australian government fees.

How to Return (International):

  • Email us within 48 hours of delivery with your return tracking number.

  • Returns must be in original condition and sent via DHL International (preferred courier).

  • Customers must complete customs declaration forms accurately, marking the item as a “return” and declaring the purchase amount in AUD.

  • If forms are completed incorrectly and ND Hair Collection is charged tax or fees, these will be deducted from your refund/credit.


How to Return an Item (All Customers)

  • Email us within 48 hours of delivery with your return tracking number.

  • The customer is responsible for:

    • Returning the product in its original condition.

    • All associated shipping fees, insurance, customs charges, and reshipment costs.

  • For Australian returns, Australia Post is the preferred courier.


Important Information

  • No refunds for change of mind, incorrect colour, base size, or length on sale items, or when a discount code has been applied. A store credit will be issued instead.

  • Final Sale products are not eligible for exchange or refund.

  • Pre-Orders and Custom Orders are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

  • Customised products (cutting, colouring, or adjustments to a hair piece at your request) are considered final sale.

  • Exchanges and returns do not cover credit card processing fees, shipping costs, or other customer-incurred fees.
